Job Description
- Utilizes Information Technology in multiple systems to build the required data for work groups.
- Tracks demand requirements against work schedules and coordinates with Sourcing to provide detailed updates to work groups.
- Provides expediting between Logistics Supplier and Integrated Supply Chain for emergent needs.
- Updates Information in systems to communicate effectively to multiple groups.
- Tracks costs and budgets to assist Finance and Accounting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices.
- Ability to solve complex problems.
- Must be able to work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in electric utility sourcing (generation, substation).
- Strong Knowledge of Information Systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Effective written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-assessment and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service focus, with ability to build credibility with internal clients and external suppliers.
- Strong Knowledge of Finance and Accounting.
