Summary

Crew Coordination supports 11 different line centers with localized teams in 4 regions of PGE.  Western Crew Coordination is based out of Beaverton Line Center in order to support the Western Region consisting of Beaverton, Wilsonville & Sunset Line Centers. We are strategically placed in local operations offices to develop local expertise in different municipalities, increase efficient work scheduling and better communication with those that we support from Line Operations to Distribution Engineers and Customer SDPM's.

The role of a pre-requisite coordinator is crucial for several key reasons that directly impact operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.  The specialized nature of this position involves most notable tasks such as managing GF 525 previews, permitting, forestry, landscape, locates, planned outages among others.  This role also includes maintaining relationships with municipalities and understanding the intricacies of Maximo and working to mitigate risk to the schedule while helping to allow a full schedule for line operations crews.
