As the Lead Workforce Planner/Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic workforce plans that align with our organization's goals. You'll work closely with leadership to forecast workforce needs, analyze trends, and create strategies to ensure we have the right talent in the right place at the right time. A key focus of this role will be developing and managing a robust talent pipeline to support our current and future workforce needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain workforce planning models and forecasts

Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities

Collaborate with HR, Finance, and department leaders to align workforce plans with business strategies

Design and implement talent development programs to address skill gaps

Create and manage a comprehensive talent pipeline strategy

Develop relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and industry partners to build talent pools

Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for current and future roles

Create succession plans for key positions

Monitor and report on key workforce metrics, including talent pipeline health

Lead workforce planning initiatives and projects

Provide expert advice on workforce optimization and talent management

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in workforce planning and talent acquisition

Education/Experience/Certifications
Education: Prefer Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, economics, human resources and organizational development, finance, urban planning, sociology, statistics, other related field or equivalent experience.
Experience: Typically five or more years in workforce analytics or related field.
Certifications: HR certifications are a plus (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS, CBP, CCP).
