As a Talent Management Intern, you will assist the Talent team in various aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retention. You will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, training, and development strategies while supporting day-to-day operations. This internship offers exposure to key HR functions in a dynamic work environment.
What will you own?
Talent Acquisition Support:
- Assist with job postings on various platforms and track applicant flow.

Plan, coordinate, and execute campus recruitment efforts.

Review resumes, screen candidates, and schedule interviews.

Maintain and update the candidate database and records.
-
Follow a structured workflow accurately and efficiently to include ATS management, offer letter generation, background checks, pre-employment screening as well as onboarding and new hire paperwork.
Learning & Development:

Help design and implement employee training and development programs.

Support logistics for internal training workshops and maintain training materials.

Track and analyze employee development metrics to assess program effectiveness.
HR Analytics:

Assist with collecting and analyzing HR data to improve talent strategies.

Prepare reports related to talent management, employee retention, and engagement.
Administrative Tasks:

Maintain HR files and employee records in compliance with company policies.

Support the HR team with day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc projects.
What you have:

Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
