As the Electric Utility Technical Training Program Manager, identify, develop, coordinate and track technical training related to power generation, electric transmission and electric distribution. Utilize a systematic approach to training to develop and maintain training materials and schedules. Develop evaluation instruments and collect trainee and stakeholder feedback for program improvements.
Pay Range: $88,700 - $133,150 / Grade 16 (This posting includes the full pay range for this position. Pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.)
Reporting Relationship: Sr. Manager, Pipeline Safety Quality Management
Location: This position can be located in Cheyenne, Wyoming; Pueblo, Colorado; or Rapid City, South Dakota.

Essential Functions:
Develop and maintain a systematic approach in the development of safety/technical training for electric utility field operations employees.
Lead in the development and maintenance of applicable electric utility safety policies and procedures and ensure they are appropriately covered in applicable safety/technical training programs.
Coordinate and direct an efficient and effective strategy for the delivery of safety/technical training to all electric utility field operations employees.
Maintain appropriate and consistent coordination with Safety Department personnel as well as maintain appropriate interactions with all levels of electric utility management.
Manage coordination and delivery of training to employees and the general public on the hazards of electricity.
Promote and instill strong safety culture and expectations in all phases of company operations.
Additional Responsibilities:
Lead the coordination in providing professional or technical services elsewhere in the company's energy business, as requested, by connecting subject matter experts.
What You'll Need:
Associate's Degree in Engineering, Safety, Education, or technical field related to the subject(s) in which the individual will provide instruction or equivalent combination of education and experience
5 or more years electrical industry experience.
