Total Rewards:
A typical starting range for this position is $122,0000 to $144,000 + DOE. We offer market competitive base pay and adjust our offer accordingly based upon the value of the candidate's knowledge, skills and experience. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading the development and administration of Residential and CI&A beneficial electrification and energy efficiency programs.
- Provide continuous key account services to member cooperatives that will ensure complete member satisfaction and positive member experiences.
- Plans, directs and monitors all activities for small to large scale projects.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, energy management, public policy, energy related, marketing and/or related field.
- At least five years of experience in energy management or electric utility business.
- Strong project management, customer relations, and problem-solving skills.
