Position: HQ Branding Director
Level: Director
Reporting to: CEO and Chairman
Location: Remote (based in Europe or North America)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy and Management:

·Develop and execute Shemar Group's global brand strategy, enhancing international market visibility.

·Establish and maintain global brand standards, ensuring alignment with brand values and positioning.

·Analyze global market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize brand strategy.

2. Brand Content Management:

· Create and manage structured brand promotion materials.

·Oversee the creation and high-quality release of brand materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

·Support various departments in organizing and promoting events to maintain a unified brand image.

3. Brand Promotion Platform Development:

·Build brand promotion platforms targeting global, national, regional, and industry-specific audiences.

·Select appropriate promotion methods and develop channels.

·Manage relationships with stakeholders related to brand promotion.

4. Special Platform Promotion Activities:

·Lead the brand promotion team in planning, executing, and evaluating global activities.

·Plan and drive participation in offline brand activities such as international exhibitions (e.g., CIGRE).

·Develop and implement strategies for online brand promotion on platforms like the company website, LinkedIn, WeChat, and TikTok.

5. Market Coordination and Collaboration:

·Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure consistent global brand messaging.

·Establish and maintain relationships with global media and partners to expand brand influence.

·Develop and implement targeted brand promotion strategies for overseas markets, focusing on government entities, power grid companies, and agencies.

6. Media and Communication Monitoring:

·Use digital marketing and data analysis tools to continuously optimize brand promotion effectiveness.

·Monitor brand performance across various media channels and optimize communication strategies.

7. Team Building and Management:

·Build and lead a high-performing international team to execute brand strategies effectively.

·Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

·Manage the international team dynamics, ensure proper training, and provide career development opportunities to team members.

Requirements

·Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.

·At least 10 years of experience in brand promotion, media relations and channel development, with a minimum of 3 years in a director or equivalent position.

·Extensive international market promotion experience, especially in the B2B sector. In-depth understanding of the European or North American markets and cultures. Electric industry background preferred.

·Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective brand strategies.

·Exceptional communication and coordination skills for effective cross-departmental and international collaboration.

·Familiarity with the latest trends and tools in brand management and market promotion.

·Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt to cross-cultural communication.

·Experience in organizing and planning large-scale international exhibitions.
