This position reports to the manager of the Vegetation and Access Management team.
Accountabilities:
The P3 Project Manager - Operations Analytics is responsible for creating and managing a data analytics framework for Vegetation and Access Management. This framework will inform data-driven decision-making relating to vendor resource management, planning and scheduling, productivity analysis, value creation, business management and safety management. This role is responsible for innovative querying and transforming voluminous raw data (both quantitative and anecdotal data) into actionable business intelligence that influence innovative evidence-based decision-making.
You will be fulfilling requests for both ad-hoc queries and recurring reporting in a fast-paced environment. To be successful, you can independently formulate sound methodology to address business questions while possessing the technical skills to query big data from various sources such as SAM, VegNet, Oracle databases and SAP. You have the inquisitiveness to analyze data in minute details but also adept in communicating findings succinctly and concisely in oral presentations, written reports, and visualization tools like Excel charts, Tableau, Power BI. You also have the proven ability to collaborate with other teams across the organization as well as engaging senior leaders and other stakeholders. You are a proven rockstar who routinely transforms unorganized data points into golden nuggets of intelligence and knowledge with very little time and guidance
