Description
Primary Purpose

Perform work to facilitate the company's Ethics & Investigations function including support of the day-to-day

administration of the company's Ethics & Compliance Helpline, oversight of internal investigation processes and assistance with investigator training. Gather, analyze, and transform data required to meet reporting obligations and for use in presentations to key stakeholders. Support the maintenance and management of web-based case management system to meet existing and future requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conducts case review and analyzes Helpline intake reports. Analyzes and determines case type in accordance with internal procedures. Identifies internal party for case assignment. Notifies case managers of assignments. Tracks progress of investigations and report to stakeholders on the same.
  • Analyzes Helpline and other data and prepares materials and creates dashboards on statistics, trends, and patterns for presentations to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, enterprise-wide committees, internal counsel, executives, and case managers. Assists with managing reporting functionality.
  • Conducts first-level review of investigation reports to ensure accuracy and thoroughness. Provides guidance to investigators and case managers on best practices to conduct and document investigations.
  • Assists with managing web-based case management system and works with internal users and third-party vendor on system related issues and services. Updates and manages investigation information in case management system including modifying and adding fields.
  • Assists Ethics & Investigations team with planning and execution of training sessions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned (no more than 5% of duties).

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management, related field or equivalent training and/or experience. Required

Experience

  • 5 years of experience in Ethics, Audit, Compliance, Human Resources, employment law, or related field. Required

Skill and Abilities

  • Fluent in speaking, writing, reading and comprehending Spanish.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and control workload.
  • Demonstrated competence in conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills including developing and maintaining collaborative business relationships, providing constructive feedback, interviewing, and report writing.
  • Ability to interact proactively with management and staff at all levels of the organization in the resolution of investigation or case management issues.
  • Proven capacity to effectively communicate, promote, and uphold ethics and compliance initiatives and values, including discretion and confidentiality.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Office Suites, Power BI and database management.
  • Must reside in Southern California or be willing to relocate upon hire. 
  • We offer a hybrid work environment. Although the schedule may vary, typically this will allow you to work from the office three days per week and work remotely on the remaining workdays.

Work Schedule

HYBRID: Work a combination of onsite and remote days each week, typically 3 days per week onsite.
