Summary
As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and optimizing the daily operations of our program. You will be responsible for creating and managing schedules, integrating critical milestones and contractual commitments to ensure efficient utilization and delivery of services. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional time management skills, a strong ability to prioritize tasks, and excellent communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience in scheduling, coordination, or operations management.

Essential Functions

Scheduling Management: Create, maintain, and update schedules for various departments and personnel, considering factors such as availability, workload, and resource constraints.

Appointment Coordination: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, liaising with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless scheduling.

Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to confirm appointments, resolve scheduling conflicts, and provide necessary updates.

Conflict Resolution: Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or challenges by collaborating with relevant parties and proposing suitable solutions.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of schedules, appointments, and changes, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for reference.

Time Management: Monitor and manage time-sensitive tasks, deadlines, and projects, ensuring that all activities are executed within specified timelines.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate scheduling processes and tools, identifying opportunities for streamlining and enhancing efficiency.

Adaptability: Quickly adapt to changes in priorities, emergent situations, and unforeseen scheduling adjustments while minimizing disruptions.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with department heads, project managers, and other stakeholders to align scheduling with overall organizational goals.
