The Operations Analyst position is part of Toronto Hydro's new graduate development program and gives engineering new grads the opportunity to rotate through departments over a 3 to 4 year period. The program is designed to offer new grads opportunities to develop the necessary skills to become high performing professionals and maximize their exposure to the different facets of the electric utility industry. As part of the program, Analysts will have the opportunity to attend development classes led by senior engineers and other leaders in the industry.
