Bilingual (English & Spanish) Retention Sales Agent - Remote USA in TX, NC, FL

Earn on average $50K per year, uncapped commission

Your opportunity:
As a customer retention sales professional, you will have a pivotal role assisting the Company achieve our goal of retaining and renewing our current customer book while maintaining an exceptional "Customer Experience" and setting a new benchmark in the industry. You will be responsible for promoting our products and services to existing customers.

Your key accountabilities:
·    Providing exceptional service to our existing customers, inbound or outbound calls.
·    Discussing and assisting customers' needs and matching with the most suitable price plan and promotion
·    Promoting our products and company on each call.
·    Displays retention/upsell & cross-sell techniques for all customers requesting cancellation
·    Efficiently navigating order entry system(s) as necessary
·    Handling calls professionally, meeting company, regulatory and compliance standards.
·    Accurately documenting interaction details.
·    Meeting Key Performance Indicators (Quality, Efficiency, Attendance, Conversion, and Close Rate).
·    Staying educated on corporate initiatives, market changes and process changes.

Your background includes:
·    High School Diploma or Equivalent.
·    College or University Education is a plus.
·    Sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right people.
·    Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of MS Office.
·    Punctual and dedicated.
·    Great communication skills.
·    Grammatical competence (written and verbal).
·    Ability to multitask. (Talk & Type, Listen & Problem Solve).
·    Passion to succeed.
·    Positive attitude and competitive spirit.
·    Ability to work between 10am to 9pm (Monday-Friday) and 10am to 7pm on Saturday.
