MISO's Senior IT Support Analyst is part of a tier 2/3 support team responsible for all endpoint technology and software from our end users to our Control Room that includes 3 offices and 1000+ employees. You will help enable the business through standardized technology and endpoint security and can learn about our operations and critical applications. You can expect to troubleshoot complex problems, provide end-user assistance, collaborate across many teams, and provide exceptional customer service at all levels. This role is site-essential, and you will be working out of MISO's Carmel, Indiana office.
You'll know you are successful in this role if:
- You can support MISO users with minimal guidance and can competently demonstrate core expectations
- You have proven the ability to think critically and troubleshoot technical issues (Break/Fix; service requests)
- You have successfully partnered with the various IT groups and teams understanding their operations and critical applications

- Modern Endpoint Management
- Dell Technology
- On-call rotation
Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.
