Job Summary: (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned):

 

Responsible for gathering design, coordination, testing and support of customer intelligence reporting and the analytic needs. May work as a liaison between IT and Business to ensure proper testing is done to meet requirements. May assess the appropriateness and effectiveness of a particular policy.

Identify and implement best practices to communicate and publish. May coordinate and lead business requirements gathering meetings with management and business users of the company. Possibly ensure that relevant documents of system set up and working practices is established and maintained reflecting any changes as a result of development.

Will provide support and training associated with the operation of the systems, including induction and refresher training and arranging externally provided training if required.
Senior-level; recognized technical expertise in own and possibly related functions.
Performs a variety of complex technical service/support duties requiring specialized knowledge.
Regularly makes decisions on non-routine or escalated technical issues.
Independently prioritizes and executes responsibilities effectively for a single trade, group of related tasks or functional area.
Checks own work and possibly the work of others; work results are of the highest quality standards and advanced technical competency.
Duties and tasks reflect substantial variety and complexity.
Resolves the most complex technical issues, conferring with manager; may serve as resource to others in resolution of complex issues.
Works under limited supervision.
Prioritizes own weekly schedule and may guide others in the completion of tasks within clearly defined schedules as set by management.
Regularly provides on-the-job skills training to others in complex technical areas.

Maximo Support
Maximo application administration including performance tuning, application troubleshooting and integration error handling.
Install and Upgrade Maximo Enterprise Asset Management solution
Maintain integrations with LDAP, PeopleSoft, TMST, COMS, ECMS, and other interfaces.
Architect WebSphere / Maximo environment and performance tuning to meet company current needs and future growth requirements.
Create new Maximo Business Objects for business required processes.
Perform Data loading, Data Migrations and application Integrations
Provide 24x7 support and administration of Maximo/ WebSphere environment.
Ensure the Maximo application is available 24x7.
Apply patches and upgrades as required.
Unix application server administration.
Maximo development activities include (but are not limited to) workflow, database configuration, automation scripting and escalations.
Expertise in Maximo business analysis in Work Management, Inventory Management and Supply Chain functions

Requirements
Job Requirements
High School Diploma, degree from technical/vocational school or equivalent. Degree from technical/vocational school or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems preferred. Senior-level; varies depending on area, but generally 6+ years directly related experience.
Advanced certifications/licensures.
