Primoris Electric, Inc. (PEI) a division of Primoris Services Corporation, is a publicly owned and operated construction contracting company that provides complete, turnkey, Overhead and Underground Electric construction and maintenance, substation construction and maintenance (including testing and commissioning), electric cable replacement, URD joint trench construction, access, restoration, clearing and SWPPP installation, traffic control, Street light construction and maintenance, distribution design engineering, transmission and substation foundation construction, wind farm back bone installation, and energy storage solutions.
It's an exciting time to join PEI! We are growing and need to add talent. We have immediate openings for Traffic Control Flaggers in our WI Traffic Division. This position will report directly to the Traffic Supervisor.
Primary Responsibilities include: Flag traffic for construction crews and provide a safe work environment. Other duties as assigned by management.
A successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
- Must possess and maintain an appropriate and valid driver's license.
- Experience and background in traffic control area preferred.
- Must be able to coordinate several tasks at one and work under strict guidelines.
- Must be dependable, and willing and able to perform physically demanding work in the elements.
- Laborers must be willing to work overtime as dictated by workload volumes.
- Traffic control laborers must be available for occasional weekend work depending on work volumes and on-call duties.
Preferred Requirements:
- Commercial Driver's license (CDL) or willingness to obtain
- Current Federal Medical Card
- Close vision may be required for some functions
