The Opportunity
We currently have opportunities for bilingual Customer Care Representatives who are genuinely eager to help customers. Your well-developed communication skills, confidence in trouble-shooting and empathetic nature serve you well to identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries by phone, email or chat
- Providing accurate and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Maintaining a professional manner at all times, meeting company and regulatory standards
- Meeting personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handling customer issues and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Promoting our products as company ambassadors
- Effectively managing multiple tasks or projects and are keen to help teammates do the same
- Staying educated on corporate process and initiatives as well as market changes

Requirements:
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a MUST
- Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of MS Office
- Must have high-volume call experience
- Punctual and dedicated
- Great communication skills
- Grammatical competence (written and verbal)
- Passion to succeed with a positive competitive spirit
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years call center experience is required, working in a dynamic, fast paced customer contact center environment as an inbound specialist for customer service roles
- Candidates with experience within the retail energy customer service environment will be preferred.
