Summary

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist is responsible for critical support to provide a best-in-class recruiting and onboarding experience for all candidates. The TA Specialist will provide support through the recruitment process and ensure accurate and timely onboarding, while ensuring newly hired employees have a successful onboarding experience, including making recommendations for improvements to onboarding, to enhance the new hire experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruitment process, up to the point of candidate acceptance
  • Handle all post-acceptance activities for a candidate, including background checks and drug screening processing, relocation coordination, oversight of onboarding paperwork, I-9 compliance, creation of new employee personnel files and responding to questions from hiring leaders throughout the onboarding process
  • Ensure regulatory processes are handled timely, and with a high degree of accuracy, to ensure compliance with various regulations
  • Assists and responds to a variety of onboarding related inquiries
  • Serve as a SME in SAP (e.g. SAP system work, verification of transfer eligibility, etc.) for Talent Acquisition team, to ensure accurate onboarding and reporting
  • Engage in metric reporting and problem-solving activities to drive continuous improvement
  • Prioritize work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with the demonstrated ability to handle and maintain highly sensitive/confidential information
  • Performs related work as necessary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word and Excel)
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in Human Resources, a business or office environment utilizing customer service and administrative skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Human Resources data is highly desired
  • SAP and SuccessFactors Recruiting experience
  • Applicant tracking system experience
  • Experience utilizing a variety problem solving skills
