PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
PECO Residential Programs
Plan, recommend and deliver products and programs to support Corporate and Business Unit Strategic Plans.
Deliver operational excellence across all areas of implementation including financial responsibility, market acceptance and program performance. Oversee the development and execution of promotional activities as well as channel development. Manage product or program client and customer satisfaction.
Position may be required to work extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop, manage, monitor and adjust residential in-market products or programs to ensure goal attainment, operational excellence, customer satisfaction and fiscal responsibility.
- Deliver product and program support to customer facing organizations.
- Serve as point of integration across internal organizations such as, Corporate Communications, New Product and Service Development, and Customer Facing organizations.
- Demonstrate operational excellence through initiatives in product and program delivery that enhance customer experience and shareholder value.
- Create and sustain an environment that fosters our corporate values, encourages positive change and supports continuous improvement in the organization.
Qualifications
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, finance, or engineering AND 5- 8 years relevant business experience with an emphasis toward marketing, OR in lieu of bachelors degree, a minimum of 9- 12 years relevant marketing experience
- Excellent, demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated program, product, project management skills
- Experience in product management and marketing communications essential
- Work conditions include occasional travel and availability to respond as needed to emergency situations
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, finance, or engineering
Position Scope
- Day to day responsibilities for residential product, program implementation. Work is generally executional in nature and typically involves integration across business units and departments.
- Work is diversified and somewhat complex in nature. Work involves understanding product and program dependencies, strong project management skills and demonstrated economic responsibility.
- Budget impact is moderate. Impact on day to day operations decisions on a project or functional level. ; Moderate involvement in Business Unit Strategic Planning.
