Summary
We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking to fill Customer Support Agents/Customer Consultant Inbound (Temporary) positions at our Pewaukee and Milwaukee Customer Care Center locations. These are temporary positions with a max duration of up to 3 years. The duration of the position will be determined based on business need.

This position has a direct impact on the energy that people in our communities use every day.
As a Customer Consultant Inbound (Temporary), you will be responsible for:
- Receiving incoming gas, electric and steam contacts from customers.
- Responding to questions/inquiries/requests; including bill inquiries, payment arrangements, high bill complaints, gas and emergency calls, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year customer contact or call center experience preferred.
- Computer experience in preferred.
Additional Details:
- The Pewaukee Customer Care Center operates 24/7 to ensure customers have energy related solutions.
- The Milwaukee Care Center operates Monday-Saturday from 7:00am-9:00pm.
- We offer a competitive salary, starting at $20.27/hour.
- Flexibility is required, as you may be selected to work various shifts.
- The class will tentatively start in May or June 2020 (date is subject to change).
