Description
Job Duty:
1. Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair and refurbish all customer returned products including peripherals, PCB (printed circuit board) board-level and system-level products and network switch/server products under company's standard test/repair SOP or project specific SOP.
2. Signal measurement, analyze and debug using oscilloscope and multimeter, replace BGA (Ball Grid Array) chipset using Martin BGA machine and replace SMT (Surface Mount Technology) 0402 (0.4×0.2 mm) size component using solder iron.
3. Support RMA supervisor to identify needs for tooling, testing procedure and process including new product (hardware/software) evaluation and NPI (New Product Introduction) transfer
4. Simulate, emulate and troubleshoot customer's issues and repair or replace the device for customers in a timely manner
5. Collaborate and communicate with application engineers and customer service team to facilitate RMA repair process
6. Update and record all related RMA status in the RMA database and prepare repair reports for each RMA repair case.

Requirement: Two years' experience in job offered with troubleshoot and repair experience in PCB (printed circuit board) board and system levels products, and Ball Grid Array (BGA) chipset and Surface Mount Technology (SMT) component replacement skills.
