Job Summary
The Cybersecurity Manager of Firewall Engineering & Projects will manage cybersecurity professionals accountable for firewall engineering and support of critical infrastructure areas including Energy Management Systems (EMS). The position will interface with cross-functional teams from Cybersecurity, IT, and critical business operations to ensure the confidentially, integrity, availability and regulatory compliance of Duke Energy's computing environments. The Cybersecurity Manager is expected to build positive and collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the company, identify ways to improve working relationships across organizational boundaries through collaborative planning and communicates clearly, candidly and openly.
Responsibilities

Manage team of 10-15 cybersecurity analysts

Manage firewall engineering, design, service management, regulatory compliance and related project oversight.

Provide leadership and support to Cybersecurity, IT and operational teams to ensure shared goals are achieved.

Interface with regulatory compliance (NERC CIP) and Internal Audit teams to ensure relevant compliance processes are understood and executed.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or other related discipline
- In addition to required degree, 8 years related work experience
- In lieu of Bachelors degree(s) AND 8 year(s) related work experience listed above, High School/GED AND 12 year(s) related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology
- CISSP and/or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and/or CISA
