Summary

This position is responsible for developing maintenance work documents, administrative controls, specific work instructions, and post-maintenance test requirements to provide instructions to plant personnel to ensure safe and efficient operation of the unit, performance of troubleshooting activities and corrective maintenance in accordance with AD-MN-ALL-0005, UFSAR, technical specifications, vendor recommendations, and environmental compliance guidelines. This position is responsible for preparing and updating work packages to resolve condition reports, routine activities, reported deficiencies, or enhancements to ensure completion within the established deadlines and schedules.

Responsibilities

Validates identified component and plant discrepancies identified on work requests.  Converts Work Requests (WR) to Work Orders (WO), walks down jobs to identify needed support information.  Develops work order tasks for support groups, Post Maintenance Testing (PMT), and provides work instructions.  Identifies man-hours for craft corrective and preventative maintenance work packages to meet the "Online" and "Outage" scheduling requirements for the maintenance department.

Define procedures, drawings, equipment and materials required to perform work packages. Facilitate package preparation by identifying isolation requirements (if required), scaffold, temporary power tasks, etc.  Verify work instructions are adequate and comply with all applicable station procedures. 

Reviews and plans work order instructions for EC's (Engineering Changes). 

Identify and request corrections and revisions to the Equipment Data Base, Bill of Materials, Drawings, and Plant Procedures

Responsible for the processing of Preventive Maintenance Revision (PMR) PM change assignments requests that are submitted for changes to existing PM's and creation of new PM's.
