In this critical role, you you will service and repair all makes, models and sizes of generators and switchgear. You are the technical expert and the primary onsite customer contact.

Responsibilities:

Repair, Perform Preventative Maintenance and Service all Makes and Models of Generator Sets

Inspect, Repair, Service and Start-Up Load Bank Test Requirements on Equipment
-
Troubleshoot Equipment and Generator Components including Alternators, Wiring Harnesses, Safety Devices, and Battery Systems
-
Apply proper Engine Technical Skills in Inspection, Failure Analysis, Assembly, Diagnosis, and Operating Performance Tests

Repair and Troubleshoot Engines such as Cummins, Detroit Diesel, John Deere, MTU and Volvo

Troubleshoot switchgear and automatic transfer switches

Provide 24x7 on call service as required

Deliver exceptional customer service

Cross train in other areas as needed
