Core Responsibilities
- To project manage several different projects from inception to completion for two separate Organizations: Facilities and Field Services (FFS) and Corporate Security. For FFS, project manage several of the multi-million dollar yearly portfolio of enhancements, upgrades or build-outs throughout the Company. Work with numerous departments to ensure the projects remain on time and on budget. Handle all aspects of budgetary requirements and build processes for tracking stages of projects. For Corporate Security oversee the centralization of technical enterprise solutions for physical security. Oversee all aspects of designing or updating our 24/7 Security Operations Center with a focus on convergence of cyber security aspects. Provides thought leadership in a wide range of technology initiatives to support the business priorities of the company. Directs the development of roadmaps in one or more Security domains, i.e.Intrusion Detection Systems, Camera systems, Physical Access Control Systems or data/information related to physical security tactical response.

- Ensures integration within and between domains by assessing solution options and guiding the development of application portfolios, information/data models and other models of the business for security environments. Establishes and/or collaborates on technical standards, development, integration and maintenance.
- Project manage the centralization of technical enterprise solutions for physical security. Oversee all aspects of designing or updating our 24/7 Security Operations Center with a focus on convergence of cyber security aspect.
- Project manage major Facilities enhancements, upgrades and construction projects. Be well-versed in cost accounting and be able to deliver projects on time and on budget. Collaborate with numerous departments.
- Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.
Required Education/Experience
- Master's Degree And 6 years of relevant work experience Or
- Bachelor's Degree And 8 years of relevant work experience
Required Work Experience
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Security Operations Center Architect Req
- 3-5 years Experience leading multi-million dollar projects using cross-functional teams Req
- 3-5 years Experience successfully managing multi-million dollar projects on time and on budget Required
- Must be able to follow and implement the CAPITAL PROJECTS PLAYBOOK guidelines and associated procedures Required
- Proven ability to implement a methodical forecasting, budgeting and project oversight process Required
- Critical thinker that is able to manage and resolve issues while keeping the project moving forward Required
- Goals and target driven leader who will challenge issues when they do not make sense. Req
