Primary Purpose
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Scheduler I will confirm and schedule customer nominations, and monitor daily physical flows, imbalances and inventories on SLNGM's natural gas assets, transactions, and/or contracts.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Confirms and schedules customer nominations on SLNGM's gas assets in compliance with contract provisions and tariff, timing and procedures.
- Collects and monitors electronic flow measurement data for Company receipt and delivery points and adjusts nominations in order to minimize imbalances.
- Maintains knowledge of volume obligations contained in customer contracts and ensures nominations are within contract limits
- Maintains knowledge of volume obligations contained in customer contracts and ensures nominations are within contract limits
- Monitors pipeline electronic bulletin boards for critical information including operational restrictions and communicates pertinent information to operational personnel and management.
- Reviews and verifies gas supply and transportation invoices to ensure accuracy and resolves discrepancies.
- Actualizes customer volumes and provides data for customer billing
- Prepares daily and monthly reports as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned (no more than 5% of duties).

Experience
- 1 year of experience providing equivalent knowledge Required

- *English/Spanish bilingual speaker is required.
- **This position is 1st shift, Monday - Friday and weekends on a rotation basis.
