Work Readiness Specialist accountable for ensuring work is ready to be executed.
Responsibilities:
- Efficient construction crews
- Improved customer service
- Optimize supervisor oversite (30hr)
- Provide SPOC for active C&M/Contractor work
- Material Accountability assurance
- Accountable for all work at assigned operations center(s)
Education Background/Type: High School Diploma
Years of prior work related experience in addition to a degree: 3+ of operations experience in addition to a Bachelor's degree
Years of prior equivalent work related experience in lieu of degree (if applicable): 6+ years of operations experience
Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma; 6 Years of related C&M Operations Experience in lieu of degree
Job Specific Requirements:
- Possesses strong Distribution C&M experience (6 years)
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Distribution Safe Work Practices
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of Distribution design and quality standards
- Valid drivers' license

- Possesses an exceptional personal safety record
- Demonstrated effective leadership skills
- Possesses excellent Distribution C&M experience (8 years)
- Demonstrated effective communication skills (oral and written)
- Demonstrated ability to be self-directed
- Possesses satisfactory work availability, during and after work hours
- Demonstrated effective influencing skills
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills
- Possesses experience in multiple roles in Distribution
- Demonstrated excellent knowledge of Distribution design and quality standards
- Demonstrated good computer skills - knowledge of Distribution computer
