The ITSM process consultant roleat Milwaukee tool, plans and presents critical Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) policies, processes, and service delivery models for the Information Technology (IT) organization supporting Manufacturing and Distribution; leads the development, implementation and continuous improvement of service management policies and processes covering all areas of the ITIL v3 lifecycle; proposes standards of performance, training and development programs, continuous improvement, and other practices that assure a strong and efficient IT service capability with a user experience focus; acts as a contributing member for central ITSM delivery tools; develops and proposes ITSM service level key performance indicators; identifies trends, anticipates problems, performs root cause analyses, and works across IT to implement preventative measures to ensure a best in class level of support and service.
