Job Summary

  • Position provides direct administrative and overall support to the Power Delivery Services & Compliance General Manager.
  • This position may be filled at a non-exempt grade level 4-6 depending on the experience and qualifications of the candidate

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
 
This position provides a full range of administrative support to the General Manager including but not limited to, timekeeping, processing expense accounts, answering phones, scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, filing and managing the General Manager's calendar.
 
In addition to general administrative support, this position will also provide support by performing duties, including but not limited to, preparing reports and presentations for the General Manager, assisting with meeting notes, maintaining internal/external contacts, confidential information, and confidential files.
 
This position will also support the General Manager during Power Delivery Storm Center activation and will be expected to collaborate with other administrative personnel who support the Power Delivery leadership team.
 
Job Experience

  •  Experience in an administrative support role required
  •  Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  •  Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  •  Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  •  Strong communication skills, including verbal and written, as well as the ability to interact with all levels of customers and employees
  •  Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task
  •  Demonstrated strong teamwork skills, coupled with the ability to work as a team or independently with minimal supervision
  •  Excellent time management skills
  •  Knowledge of Company operations, policies and procedures
