The Marketing and Customer Experience team plays a vital role in achieving this mission. We define and manage the brand, execute campaigns that generate sales and enrollments, produce promotional materials, create content, monitor and manage social media, identify customer insights, and provide guidance on shaping the customer experience.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Works closely with management to plan and design campaigns, social media content, analytics, and other marketing activities
- Assists with defining and developing processes for the team
- Interacts with vendors and agencies to coordinate marketing activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience with social media platforms and marketing campaigns
- Major in marketing or related field
- Strong communication, organization, and follow through skills
Job Overview

To be considered for this position the applicant must be actively enrolled at a college or university as a full-time student seeking a bachelor's degree or higher. Candidate must also have a current GPA of 3.00 or higher (on a 0.00 to 4.00 scale).
