PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The ideal Robotics Process Automation (RPA) candidate will assist in driving the strategic and tactical roll-out of the UIPath solution to enterprise customers. Manages activities relating to planning, designing, building, and maintaining high quality solutions, products and processes. Creates and assigns detailed tasks to subordinates. Has budget responsibility for a small project, sub-project or process component.
Primary location is Baltimore, MD. Anticipate approximately 40% travel to Baltimore.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Consult with clients and partners to provide functional and technical expertise in areas including, solution design, project management, business process improvement and risk identification/mitigation.
- Develop and document configuration best practices and contribute to team training and professional development efforts and maintain a current and thorough understanding of UIPath products and services.
- Assist with the end-to-end architecture and design, and work with the technical/program head and team to implement the solutions.
- Maintain and enhance engagement with business and IT partners and other stakeholders
- Establish positive team environment by proactively assisting and training less experienced personnel. Provide performance and development feedback as required
- Maintain technical knowledge and business acumen within own discipline or function
