Position Summary
The Business Systems Specialist for Maximo Portal and WRT will have primary responsibility for providing support for related functions and features within Maximo, Maximo Portal and WRT. This role encompasses providing daily support for users (primarily contract workers), execution of testing for system corrections and for lifecycle validation testing to ensure that there are no adverse effects from system changes due to enhancements or correction of defects. Expectations for daily support can be defined as resolving user issues, identifying the root cause of an issue, determining if issues are training-related, data-related, or system-related, identifying enhancements, capture of design details, various methods of testing, etc. The candidate selected for this position will be expected to support other areas of the team and will be required to assist team members with other areas of support within the EAM Portfolio of software applications during periods of high activity.
