They will provision resources for capital project execution through collaboration with Electric Transmission and IT leadership. The supervisor will develop and implement strategies for team growth, recruitment, and efficient onboarding and training. The role includes all typical supervisory and administrative responsibilities commensurate with the management of high-performing individual contributors in a large, engineering organization in addition to other duties as requested or assigned.

The supervisor will be responsible for a team that supports the following topics:

Support of transmission related studies of the IRP.
Support of the legal team during the subsequent filing and litigation stages of the process.
Addresses Dominion's specialized engineering needs as an internal engineering clearinghouse and/or validate third-party consulting performance.
Assists in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of computer-based tools for Dominion Energy's engineering groups.
Power system network model validation, merging, and management across traditional reliability platforms and more market-based solutions.
    Analysis of multiple infrastructure interdependencies.
Performs manufacturer evaluations and support material requisitions as needed.

The supervisor does not need expertise in all of these areas but should have familiarity with them and the ability to learn as needed.
