Qualifications: The Manager in the Evaluation, Measurement, and Verification group will oversee the identification, analysis and evaluation of both the process and impact of the energy efficiency and demand management programs and the staff responsible for this function. The Manager's responsibilities include planning, project management, and analysis of energy, financial, and environmental impact and effectiveness of our energy efficiency and demand management programs. This position will serve as a resource to all of the Energy Efficiency and Demand Management functional groups to creatively evaluate and develop programs to meet business goals. The position collaborates with various internal and external stakeholders. Required Skillsets / Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in social or environmental/sustainability sciences, architecture, engineering, or related technical disciplines Minimum of five years of relevant work experience Experience managing people, projects, processes, contracts and vendors Excellent oral and written communications skills, including technical writing Excellent presentation skills Strong interpersonal skills Excellent time-management and organizational skills Preferred Skillsets / Qualifications: Master's degree in related disciplines Certifications which may include CMVP, CEM, LEED AP Experience with statistical software, analysis and research Knowledge of utility demand side management initiatives Experience managing individuals or design teams Experience with vendor contract procurement and contract oversight Proficient in statistical software (R, SAS/STAT, Tableau)
