We are looking for a highly motivated individual that is focused on creating a positive experience for customers, both internally and externally. Will interface with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering and Customers. The individual will be responsible for coordinating the delivery and return of equipment for tradeshow and sales demonstration purposes. Additionally, support customers within an assigned region and manage all warranty issues to customer satisfaction.
Reports to: Director of Global Sales Operations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain the inventory for all demonstration equipment
- Ensure all items are properly identified and categorized
- Prepare demonstration products and paperwork for shipments
- Coordinate all customer inquiries for general, technical and warranty issues
- Communicate with sales team and customers
- Create and update cases in customer resource database
- Partner with other departments to resolve customer support inquiries
- Coordinate intercompany product returns
- Review service backlog daily and responds to expedite requests
Qualifications:
Required
- Knowledge of managing company inventory
- 2+ years of customer service related experience with a "can do" attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a collaborative team environment
Desired
- Experience using a Manufacturing and/or Customer Resource database
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel)
Education:
- High School graduate or Equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Lift and/or push up to 50 pounds on a regular basis; including bending and stooping
- Frequently standing, walking, sitting and reaching with hands and arms
