Description

Creating and maintaining national account pricing and approved assortments including coordination between Quotations and Account Managers / Reps on new and existing National Account business. Support on product rationalizations, margin analysis and targeted presentations.   

Principal accountabilities: 

  •  Coordination with Quotations department and management of all National Builder pricing files.
  • SKU rationalization project coordination, primary contact for all Account Managers/Reps on preapproved NA pricing.
  • Provide margin analysis by builder on NA renewals.
  • Function as primary marketing contact for all claims on back order and change-out labor; Approval of claims less than $2,000 and the maintenance of all claim forms.
  • Maintain Kinaxis lists for national partners, identification "early detection" of availability challenges, coordination of forecast / planning monthly meetings.
  • Coordination of product assortment competitive analysis, updating and maintaining competitive cross-over lists and providing feedback on competitive bid opportunities.
  • Product usage analysis by builder, compare product usage and forecasts against rebate claims to identify possible falsification of rebate claims. Review quoted product/package cost versus claimed package value on rebate claim to insure package value is not overstated.  
  • Assist in the development of contract presentations and RFQ write-ups; continually update "stock" presentations that can be used for key national and regional builder business presentations.
  • Monthly Reporting to BMM with summary for inclusion in BUC report to VP, BM.
  • Participate in monthly Service Meetings and provide input on availability challenges and forecasting trends. 
Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Qualified Candidate will have a college degree with a minimum of 4 years related work experience (or) an equivalent combination of education and work experience in a related role encompassing products that are purchased through National Account Contracts.
  • Experience in Customer Service or Quotations is considered ideal.
  • Individual must be a self-starter, possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working with both field sales and internal departments, primarily Quotations and Operations. 
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word required, PowerPoint a plus.
