Under general direction, assists technical subject matter experts (SME) in developing and monitoring compliance of operational reliability and critical infrastructure protection; provides analytical support to the strategic operation of security assessment and authorizations in accordance with North American Electric Reliability Council (NERC) and Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) reliability and critical infrastructure protection standards and other applicable electric utility standards and practices; conducts research, collects and analyzes data, workflows and processes; maintains data which documents and tracks processes developed. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering, computer science, engineering, business, public administration or related degree and two years of business and operations analysis; implementing or sustaining program experience in electrical engineering, business, finance, information systems or related fields.

Licensing and Certification Requirements:
North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Certification desired.
A valid driver's license issued by the State of California, Department of Motor Vehicles is required.
