- Perform headcount/space allocation analyses and provide detailed/accurate reports and recommendations.
- Evaluate space utilization for departments/areas and identify opportunities to maximize efficiency.
- Develop space allocation plans, options and schematic plans to meet short- and long-term master plan initiatives; develop project group move options including project charters and coordinate as necessary.
- Meet with internal departments to manage space requirements, reorganization updates, project move planning.
- Develop migration plans and sequencing of group level moves/relocations.- Develop space standards in conjunction with appropriate contributors and oversee their usage throughout the portfolio.
- Partner with Moves/Adds/Changes team and the Capital Projects group on project moves.
- Assist with maintenance of accurate employee data and building drawings in Archibus/CAFM database.
- Prepare Excel spreadsheets, Pivot tables and Powerpoint presentations to report out findings, provide detailed/accurate reporting information to management.
- Present reports, scenarios and proposals to all levels of company employees, including senior management.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
External Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Five years' work experience in two or more of the following: a) occupancy/space planning, b) project management, c) facilities operations, and d) facilities planning, in relation to commercial office environments
- Minimum of five years of experience in a corporate environment
- Strong analytical skills, presentation skills and the ability to develop conclusions and recommendations
- Working knowledge of CAFM software (preferably Archibus), space management systems, and relational database functionality
- Proficiency in architectural drawings, concepts and design
- Experienced in managing projects of varied scope and complexity
- Working knowledge of various office furniture systems, with a particular emphasis on Herman Miller
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite software applications
