** Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring the implementation of analytical, process, and systems support for work unit. Works independently and identifies appropriate course of action to analyze issues, recommend solutions, and administer budget. Manages or coordinates various administrative programs. Provides supervision to work unit staff. Directly supervises represented and non-represented personnel. Maintains oversight of procedures and regulations.
