Embrace an interesting and unique opportunity to be an integral part of the Sales and Account Management team within the Commercial Energy Business.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Development and execution of sales strategies to effectively manage & sell electricity & natural gas contracts within an existing customer base
  • Major focus on growing the ENMAX presence with acquisition of new business by prospecting and utilizing a consultative sales approach
  • Meet or exceed sales targets for electricity, natural gas and additional ENMAX Energy products and services
  • Professional accountability for and integrity of products, offers, legal contracts and services
  • Develop customer focused presentations to educate and influence potential clients
  • Continual focus on representing ENMAX's business interests and maximizing value of every business opportunity, while considering and balancing customer requirements
  • Negotiation of commercial arrangements and contracts within their delegation of authority
  • Maintain and strengthen the relationship with all ENMAX Energy Clients by educating customers regarding company, products, market updates and other industry information
  • Document and report sales activity via CRM (Salesforce)
  • 50% of time spent out of office at customer meetings

Education Required:

  • University degree or diploma in business or related field

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Demonstrated success with longer term and strategic sales cycles
  • Proven track record of new business acquisition in B2B sales role
