Description
The role is responsible for the execution of blending and product movements at the Portland Lubricants Plant. Blenders routinely interact with all departments at the facility, including Planning, Maintenance, Production & Packaging, Laboratory, Warehouse and Distribution. The Blender will need to understand existing operating processes and participate in the creation of new blending strategies, develop a sound understanding of the blending processes at Portland and suggest profitable blending strategies while adhering to all Shell policies and procedures. This position will report to the Operations and Maintenance Supervisor
