Job Summary:
The successful Program Manager candidate will manage an important Canadian Air Force Command and Control (C2) program consisting of six Leidos personnel and several subcontractors. Primary responsibilities include achieving all contract requirements and milestones within contracted cost and schedule while maintaining high customer satisfaction and overall quality.
Primary Responsibilities:
Duties include managing the customer relationship to understand program requirements and needs as well as interfacing with Leidos senior management and functional organizations to report on program status and meet corporate requirements.
Additional duties include managing the Leidos team to include both Leidos personnel as well as the subcontractor personnel to ensure optimum engagement and performance while simultaneously supporting the needs and well being of the professional staff.

Basic Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience managing complex mission critical C2 programs.
- 5 years demonstrated experience managing mission critical In-Service-Support (ISS) capability,
- 3 years of demonstrated experience in the Material Management field within the federal government
- 2 years of demonstrated experience bringing a C2 project to its rollout phase over an IT infrastructure.
- Must be a Canadian citizen and hold a SECRET level security clearance.
- Must be able to travel across the country to Royal Canadian Air Force Wings and other locations as required by the Technical Authority.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent is highly desired. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is also desired, but may be obtained after start.
