Description
The Machine Operator C produces quality products using small machinery, including machines in the finishing room.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate progressive die machines, per provided work instructions
- Use fixtures, as necessary, to ensure proper position and/or movement of components and parts
May have additional powder coat line responsibilities:
- Assist with racking removal and hanging
- Using a spray gun or paint by hand, white numbers on to products
- Be alert to detect obvious defects and correct products
- Proactively work with team members to meet production goals
- Prepare finished products for shipment by constructing boxes, placing labels on boxes, placing products in boxes, and placing closed boxes on pallet
- Consciously abide by all safety policies and procedures to create a safe working environment for all employees
- Other duties and projects as determined by business and production needs
Requirements
- High School diploma, or equivalent, required
- Display great attention to detail
- Requires excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to read and understand provided work instructions
