The successful candidate will join EPCOR as a Financial Analyst and member of the EPCOR Finance team. This innovative program provides on-the-job and in-house training, formal mentorship, and other educational support that will prepare the candidate for challenging assignments within EPCOR Finance.
Detailed Description
- Rotational opportunities will be available in the following areas: Financial/Management Accounting, Operations Finance, and Internal Audit.
- During the program, the participant will rotate through the above areas within the company spending at least nine months in each position. This program provides a broad range of experiences where a wide range of skills will be utilized. This could include analysis, design, project management, , operations, process improvements, policies, and systems.
- After completion of the three year program, and depending on the individual's skills and abilities, the candidate can apply for positions within EPCOR.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Completion of a 2-year Post-Secondary Diploma in accounting, however 4-year Business Degree with a specialization in accounting is preferred.
- Previous work, volunteer, or extra-curricular experience utilizing technical or leadership abilities would be an asset.
- Pursuit of an accounting designation - CPA is a requirement while in the rotational program.
