What you will be doing
- Working within an Oracle EBS team environment
- Working with EBS Development team to support, develop, and maintain EBS R12 customizations
- Starting as an EBS Developer with the ability to migrate to an EBS Apps DBA role
- Working with EBS Apps DBA team to support, maintain, and upgrade Oracle EBS R12
- Working with IT and business clients to define the scope and objectives for projects
- Documenting formal business and technical requirements
- Providing thought-leadership for process improvements
- Developing code and/or configuration of the software in accordance with defined user stories
- Assisting in preparing and maintaining test plans and test scripts for manual and automated testing

Qualifications
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of Oracle EBS development or Oracle EBS DBA experience
- Willingness to gradually move into an EBS Apps DBA role
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Knowledge and skills in application development, configuration, and support.
- A career ladder associated to the role. Candidates may qualify for the higher level role based upon the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the successful candidate
Added bonus if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or business related field
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Experience with design, construction, and creation of software applications with capabilities around solving usability problems, supplying updates, and patches for bugs and security holes in the program
- Testing and troubleshooting experience
- Experience with maintenance and management of applications for quality and security
- Experience integrating systems
