This position is an individual contributor responsible for performing the processes, activities and reporting to assist with effectively and efficiently running the operation of an IT organization. This will include IT Financials, ITIL KPI's and Reporting, PPM Reporting, etc. to organize the support of various operational initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the implementation and/or execution of financial, administrative, people management, organizational, governance policies, processes and procedures required for the smooth and effective operation of an organization
- Preparation of communications within the organization.
- Participates in organizational change initiatives for the organization
- Implements governance activities for the organization
- Captures, analyzes and reports key business, financial, compliance, project and/or compliance
- Build, update and maintain planning and forecasting modeling tools and analyses, independently and collaboratively, to provide insights into financial trends and expected I.T. related expenditures.
- Lead budgeting process for operational and project driven demands, including resource labor planning and capital commitments.
- Provide financial oversight of contractor and project related accruals, labor capitalization and month end closing processes.
- Provide financial guidance on and oversight of capitalization policies and procedures, working closely with accounting to ensure policy compliance.
- Work collaboratively within the team to align financial expenditures with brand level cost allocations and assist with financial allocation inquiries.
- Partner with Project Management Office to ensure alignment of project management system data with financial system data at capital account level.
- Develop and deliver effective and timely business analysis and reporting both ad hoc and at the request of the management team to further support business strategies and operational objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in IT and some exposure to financial and administrative processes and activities in a manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years working with IT financials and/or IT benchmarking.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management experience.
- Understanding the fundamentals of Organizational Management, Operations and Planning, and Organizational Portfolio Management, Risk Management and Operations Excellence
- Exposure to change management and the use of metrics..
- Budgeting and forecast experience.
