Employees in this role provide supervision, planning, organization, direction, control, and financial management on all projects from the point of sale through the completion of installation or repair. Individuals assume the safety and bottom line responsibilities for the timely completion of each project. This position provides all work in a manner which builds and maintains the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervises electricians daily work including scheduling, quoting, permitting, customer service, problem solving, and other related activities at customer's property
- Ensures electrical work performed by electrician team is of the highest quality and compliant with the current National Electrical Code and other relevant local codes
- Trains, mentors, coaches, and develops junior electricians and staff
- Secures business development opportunities and professionally fosters beneficial relationships which lead to increased sales
- Resolves resolve customer related issues satisfactorily
- Standardizes work through the development of processes and procedures
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School Grad / GED
- Experience: 7+ years
- Supervisor/Management Experience: 5+ years
- Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's - Business Administration
