This Remote Access Support Administrator position is contingent upon contract award. Candidate subject to Public Trust suitability screening.
This position is for a seat management contract that will provide our Federal Government customer with all aspects of end user and mobility and PC platform support. The contract is expected to be awarded in early 2017.
The Remote Access Support Administrator will provide remote access management for hardware and software administration, maintenance, and monitoring.
Job responsibilities include:
Support remote access users who are connecting to the network in other than their primary business location gain access to the network using approved devices.
- Support and administer RSA application servers and provision/de-provision accounts.
- Provide SME support in integrating mobile devices on the network
- Facilitate remote access applications and tools from test to production
- Maintain all security patches/software on all equipment
- Ensure that the Juniper servers are identical/redundant and are load balanced between the multiple sites with failover capabilities to ensure availability and reliability.
- Administer the configuration of the F5 applications and devices as it relates to Remote Access, Authentication and Authorization.
- Work with the Juniper vendor to ensure reliability, stability and availability
Basic Qualifications
- Experience managing and running Remote Access Environment
- Experience with Industry leading toolsets, such as Juniper
- Experience with RSA Applications
- Experience with configuring and maintaining VPN
- Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
