Responsibilities:

  • Primarily support VP for Sales and VP of Digital Grid in everyday functioning and tasks
  • Schedules meetings/appointments, maintain calendar and travel management for both
  • Prepares, composes and edits most complex memos, documents and other correspondence 
  • Support procurement team with purchase orders for the team 
  • Work on and prepare compliance documents associated with marketing events for VP's 
  • Prepare and finalize presentations, reports, bids and other documents 
  • Assist with on boarding process for new hires 
  • Identify and recommend any improvements and/or enhancements to current procedures 
  • Participate actively in office management activities and event organization 
  • Respond and resolve internal/external Customer inquiries 
  • Pre-empts potential problems and provides effective solutions in reaction to application of concepts, techniques, knowledge or processes
  • Organize and maintain office supplies as the official buyer for team in SAP
Requirements

Qualifications

  •   Degree or diploma in a related field
  • 5 years previous experience in administration 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills 
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills 
  • Ability to problem-solve effectively 
  • Ability to keep confidentiality 
  • Must be analytical and detail-oriented 
  • Work effectively in a team environment 
  • Ability to manage tight and multiple deadlines
