Description
The Change and Communications Analyst works closely with Downstream IT leaders to ensure staff are fully engaged and energized in deploying IT to add value to the business. The position manages change, engagement and communications activities on behalf of the Downstream CIO and IT Managers as part of the Downstream (DS) IT Change and Communications team.

- Confirming and aligning change and communications scope with DS IT leaders
- Stakeholder identification, analysis and management to define effective communication & engagement approaches
- Communications and engagement strategy, planning and delivery for individual Class of Business IT organisations
- Integrating metrics and change and communications reporting into plans and their execution and monitoring progress to the required outcomes
- Delivering internal communications for Downstream IT and Downstream IT Class of Business organisations with a commercial mindset focused on business value and outcomes
- Supporting the IT transformation journey with change, communications and engagement activities
- Supporting and enabling the cultural changes and ways-of-working changes needed to make the new 4-hub structure of Downstream IT work effectively and to make Downstream IT a great place for staff to work
