Description
  • Manage the sales and marketing development of a portfolio of 3rd Party Channel Resellers within the Vocollect Workflow Solutions Partner Program. 
  • Coordinate and manage the required certifications programs necessary for Vocollect Voice Solution partners to maintain their certifications. 
  • Recruit, Develop and make productive new resellers as appropriate
  • Establish meaningful relationships with executive leaders and other stakeholders within a channel partner's organization to maximize awareness, mindshare and enthusiasm for selling Work Flow Solutions. 
  • Take ownership of channel partner issues and concerns and act as an internal advocate for the partner with Vocollect management teams. 
  • Actively recruit and evaluate prospective channel partners to expand Work Flow Solutions market presence and drive sales growth 
  • Maintain effective and timely sales forecasting, management reporting, and business plan updates to the NA Director of Channel Management for all channel partners 
  • Develop strong working relationships with Vocollect Territory Account Managers to drive sales campaigns with partners and to promote partners to the TAM's. 
  • Coordinate channel partner market development programs with marketing services to support partner promotional efforts 
  • Monitor and report on competitive programs from leading competitive vendors 
  • Operate within expense and program budgets
  • Ability to travel as required throughout North American at least 60% of the time
Requirements

Basic Candidate Qualifications: 

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years of successful direct sales and sales management experience which included reseller channel partners for a solution software or hi-tech systems vendor selling WMS (warehouse management systems) or ERP (enterprise resource planning) related applications.


Additional Candidate Qualifications: 

  • Proven track record of delivering sales quota and specific supporting programs to objectives 
  • Demonstrated experience cooperatively working within a sales team and with reseller partners to achieve results
